Random Things On My Mind

1) My Grandpa has regressed in his health (was about to get released) and is headed back to the Ft. Wayne hospital. Fluid in his brain, pain in his side, and other stuff I don't understand that they're checking. Wish I could be there. Hope when I go, it's not for a funeral. :( Have a friend whose Dad is dying, too. Sad times. :(

2) Today was about as perfect as a day as my family gets. My kids weren't perfect, but they were fun. Lucas was not argumentative like he usually is. Jack was tired and a little cantankerous, but normal for 2; if Lucas was anything like this, I could handle him much better. But it truly was a wonderful day.

3) There are 2 romantic comedies I really want to see...now how to get out of the house to see them??? And with what time??

4) Did not know 30 Rock was so funny! Caught a glimpse, "STOP, POTS, TOPS"....Tina Fey is so quirky (I never watched SNL either).

5) Lucas asked tonight, "are we going to have baths tonight?" i about fell over. and praised him. it's THESE things i cannot describe to people that he doesn't do. ever. except on a day like today. it makes me actually look forward to tomorrow.

6) Hoping we get Jack's test results tomorrow. Ready to hear something.

7) Praying for my dad, who is worried about his dad, probably not sleeping, and missed 7 days of work being in Ohio, so has soooooo much paperwork he's stressed about.

8) Learned on a website tonight that colitis is found in? related to? (i can't remember, i'll have to go back to look) kids with ASD. my dad had ulcerative colitis. my genes + tim's genes = lucas reacting worse than T as a kid????

9) Wondering if the supplements are helping the body & brain work together better? We're about 2 wks in. Had 3 really amazing days in the past week. Still saw him struggle processing today, but he DID IT. he made it happen.

10) It is a hot chocolate kind of night. :)
